Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

Effects of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, except for delivery costs and any additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer. This refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of this refund.

Return Policy:
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer an extended return policy.

Return Period:
You may return the goods received without giving any reason within 30 days of receipt.

Return Costs:
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
